Shopping with Confidence – Our Policies Explained
Order
Prices are final and we consider order received when cash received.
Shipped
Your order will be delivered to you via courier services. The package will be dispatched the same day when the order is confirmed. Your dispatch number and expected delivery date will be confirmed to you via email after confirmation from the courier service. The products we have are delicate and we only use top courier services to make sure that the products are safe and delivered in time.
Returned Policy
Petduniya.com will accept all returns as long as the products are not opened. If once you receive your product and are not satisfied with it, you can ship it back to us the same working day after informing us. Once we receive the package as it was sent to you (un-opened) we will transfer your amount back to your account.
We however will not accept any opened packages. This is necessary due to the nature of the products.
